The owners were also lovely—super helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

What’s included when I rent The Gathering Loft for my event?
Every rental includes access to our beautiful event space or banquet hall, tables and chairs, silverware, and professional cleaning after your event.
How many guests can your event space accommodate?
Our venue is ideal for intimate and mid-sized events. We can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests, depending on the layout and type of event. Contact us to discuss your event size and setup needs.
Can I bring my own food, vendors, or decorations?
Yes! We offer flexible options so you can bring in your own caterers, decorators, and vendors. You also have the option to add on recommended local partners we trust. You're free to create your dream event your way!
How far in advance should I book The Gathering Loft?
We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons like spring and holiday months. Last-minute bookings may be available based on our calendar — just reach out and ask!
